DECtalk toolkit.zip

Does anyone happen to have the toolkit.zip provided to developers for use
with the DECtalk synths?  Kirk's got it in a malformed MIME message on the
speakup ftp site attached to a message named dectalk-docs, but when I
extract this with metamail I get a broken zip file.
