That sounds interesting. But I doubt Milan is on this list.
Probably a mailing list for people developing voices for Festival
would be useful? I'd love to see there Piero Cosi who did the
GPL Italian voice too sharing information and helping
others to create new voices. I also heard a German GPL voice
is in preparation by Klaus Knopper.

Do you know if there is some such mailing list?
