particular clearification for festival needed

well, firstly in that case is it possible to import voices from
festival to flite?
and my main question is, can we make better voices with good tones and
proper inflection, or do we have to except the default tone provided
with festival and festvox.  I am assking because I have all the
resources for good quality, studio level voice recording and I have a
few sound enginears who work with me on other projects.
so if I can create good sounding voices, I will like to contribute to
the festival project as well.
