blind friendly windows emulator

Hello!
No. I'm using fedora core 4.
And I know about text games for the console.

Thing is that I want to play games such as pinball xtreme,shades of doom, 
and gma tank commander.

It is because of that I ask for an emulator.

I have found something kalled lin4win.
Does this one work for me if I buy it?
It costs money
