dectalk question

Hello!
I'm looking on the fonix site here, because one of my friends wants to buy dectalk.
I can't find the place where I can buy the decgtalk runtime for linux.
Where is the page?

Also, he wants to have version 4.6 of dectalk. Is there a way to get hold of it?
It doesn't matter wich way, only that we get 4.6, because there is much better speech in that version.
