Transferring Files With Braille Lite 40

Hello,

Which application can I use to transfer files between my Braille Lite and my
PC via serial port and ymodem protocol? I'm using Ubuntu, Gnome desktop with
Orca screen-reader.

I do not have a hardware speech synth, so my use of the console is limited
to Brltty, which may defeat the first purpose of using the braille Lite(?)
