ttsynth and libstdc++

I just checked a TTSynth package.  libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2 is in fact the 
dependency that's listed.  This package is listed as available both on my 
Debian 4.0 (Etch) system and my Debian 3.0 (Woody) system.
