ttsynth package and fedora 8

Hello!

I hope janina doesn't become angry if I ask this question.
But now I've installed fedora 8 and am about to try orca with viavoice.
can I use the fedora 7 gnome-speech-ibmtts package for this purpose?
there is no fedora 8 one. I didn't get any answer the last time I asked this question.
