Web page creation and publishing with speech

Thanks.
I have had a look at Openoffice Writer. The menus seem similar to Word
so I presume I could construct a page same way only I have forgotten how
to create an email field and could not seem to be able to find a guide
as to how it was done in Word so I could apply the same method.
