Mmm, if you have a DOS driver that emulates a COM3 serial port that
actually is the USB port, then the DOS version of brltty might be able
to use it, but I don't know the voyager protocol for being sure of this.

An alternative way would be to port libusb to DOS, but that's probably
pretty big work.
