TTSynth, Ubuntu 7.04 and Orca.

Hi All.

I'm trying to get TTSynth working with Orca on Ubuntu 7.04 (feisty).
I now believe I've got everything I need apart from Gnome-Speech-IBMTTS.
I understand that this comes as part of the latest Ubuntu release but as
yet our department hasn't upgraded to Gutsy yet. Does any one know where
I can get the Gnome-Speech-IBMTTS package from either as a .deb or if
its the only way, as source.
