mutt, links and irssi

Hi,

Can someone tell me where to find a guide on using mutt and links?
Also how do I setup my gmail account with mutt?
I can't seem to find where the setup section is.

And does anyone know how to use irssi? Is there any documentation?
How would I log on as ddalton on irc.freenode.net and join say ##linux

Or does anyone know of a better irc client for debian I don't have a gui.
And I am just using brltty at the minute but hopefully speakup as well soon.
