mysql even in current version when it displays more than 24 lines of help 
text does not prompt the user to hit a key to see the rest of the text 
before earlier screens scroll off the screen.  So far as I now know, mysql 
also provides no tools internal to itself to make this behavior possible. 
None of this is a problem though if when you'll be wanting to read mysql 
help text you first run script; then run mysql and put your help query in 
then exit both mysql and script.  Your help text will be found in the 
typescript file and you can use nay screen reader you like to view that 
text and get full use of it.
