setting up bluetooth for brltty

Hi,

Ok this seems complicated.
First how do I set up blue tooth? Would it be easier if I could get a 
mobile phone  connected before trying to get my braille note connected?
What is required to get linux working with bluetooth and then brltty using 
blue tooth with my braille note?

Is there some online documentation that could help me?
