Quick question before I do something silly?

Okay, ehre goes:

1. Download the diskette image.

# wget http://www.math.wisc.edu/~jheim/debian/FreeDOS-ltlk.img

2. Place a diskette in the diskette drive

3. Write the image to the diskette:
# dd if=FreeDOS-ltlk.img of=/dev/fd0 bs=1024

4. Connect your external doubletalk  speech synth to COM1 and reboot. Your 
computer must be configured to boot from the diskette drive. After you 
reboot, your computer should start talking. You should be aable to acccess 
the CDROM as drive D
