orca review?

Hello!
Is there any orca review out there somewhere?
I want to try it out, but want to listen to a review before doing so, so I know how to access the internet and things like that.
I've played around with orca a little, but never used any file browser, media player or mozilla.
The things I want to try are file browser, mozilla firefox, evolution and some media player.
Also, is there any way to listen to streaming media via the console?
