usb soundcard

Hello!
Just wondering if any of you uses an usb card in linux.
if so, how did you get it working?
The card in my computer doesn't work very well, and the computer isn't really mine either so I can't just plug another card in.
So I decided to use my creative sound blaster usb card.

How do I get it working?
