speech-dispatcher - Not speaking all punctuation specified

Hi,

One other problem I have is that signs like < and " are not spoken by 
speech-dispatcher.
I'm using the espeak driver.
/etc/speech-dispatcher/modules/espeak.conf.
How can I make < and " be spoken?
Here is my punctuation line in espeak.conf:
EspeakPunctuationList "@+_!#^()'<_[]{}?|";:>~`-"
