speakup not speaking all punctuation

Looks ok; could the problem be in speech-dispatcher?
If I change ? to say d I hear d.
If I don't I just hear a little click in my speakers.

Any ideas?

Or do you know where I can get hardy versions of sd and speechd-up?
They worked for me, but everything else broke... :-)
