Thank you, Christopher. I appreciate the clarification. Unfortunately,
the ibmtts core of TTSynth is not open source. We've done what we can to
make the supporting files open, however.

Anyone seeking that voice legitametly, needs to buy the voice
legitametly. It sounded to me as though some people were either unclear
about this, or simply choosing to ignore it.
