Fadora 10 with Speak up

Hi. I may be being very dence but is fedora 10 32 bit version available with
speak-up already present so that the install will talk? Also is it possible
to install this distribution from inside windows using a virtual partission
(like the method in Ubuntu 8.something)?

Any help would be much appreciated
