Redhat Accessibility

Hello:

     I am fairly new to this list and was off it for a while. I am about to take a course using RedHat this fall. Are there any versions of RedHat that are particularly inaccessible? I plan on using speech (I presume Orca) and hopefully a braille display. Thank you for any information.
