accessing the NLS Bard website with Lynx

I'm not asking anyone to do anything.  someone asked about how to  
download a file from bard using lynx.  I made a suggestion with a  
question mark.

No.  First, you have to authenticate.  Second, it assigns each book a
number dynamically so you can't download it directly.  Third, please
actually test out the software under discussion before responding.
