debian package management tip

When managing packages with aptitude update in debian you'll sometimes get
a segmentation fault error or a build tree corrupt error ouch back from
aptitude. When that happens, first run dselect update then run aptitude
update and that problem goes away. That's aptitude's way of saying basic
set up information is outdated and we're not going to continue until
that's fixed.
