Definitely abcde sudo apt-get install abcde Fully configurable and saves to any of several formats, including FLAC, Ogg Vorbis and mp3. I think you can even keep the .wav files if you are so enclined, but I usually choose FLAC for that, since it's about half the size, but contains the exact same data once decoded. ~Kyle
