Arch has packages for eSpeak, Festival and Flite. There's also a package in AUR for SVox Pico, along with a package that gives better control of SVox Pico output which I'm currently testing with a locally configured generic speech-dispatcher module. At this point, although it may be less responsive on older systems, it's working nicely here. Hope this helps. ~Kyle
