[orca-list] Vinux-3.01X64dvd speech problem

speech stops after "press control-alt-q to open Vinux manual" is spoken
on the livecd. For now this isn't an installed system and I'm hoping if
I give this a hard drive and start it up with the install boot option
that it won't mess up on me. Apparently pulseaudio is crashing since
ubuntu boots so fast. If progress messages could be inserted into the
boot process where a user was requested to hit certain keys to proceed
to the next step this problem could be made to go away. Perhaps putting
the progress messages in only for accessibility interface branch of the
install might make the people that don't use accessibility happy too.
