If you mean Microsoft Exchange, then I think fetchmail can access it over
IMAP. As I remember, there were various work-arounds added to Fetchmail to
deal with the bugs and non-standard protocol features of Microsoft Exchange.

Evolution would be another option but I don't know how accessible it is at the
moment, or how reliable, but support for MS Exchange used to be one of its
distinctive features and likely still is.

I would suggest spending time with your favourite Web search engine to find
sample configurations and software recommendations from people who have done
this before.
