Useful to use the reportbug package and it's also useful to write in the 
comments any accessibility hardware and software in use since the 
reportbug program does not capture at least the hardware information.  
Manufacturers and models and versions of hardware and software may help in 
future debug accessibility problems lots faster than otherwise would have 
been the case.
