Big project with pulseaudio and streaming

Tee sounds interesting, but I don't think it will work for TeamTalk. I 
can send sox audio to standard output and pipe it through multiple pipes 
just fine, but TeamTalk only deals with the sound device. I believe I 
can change this using Pulseaudio, but I won't be able to pipe anything 
from TeamTalk. Nice thought though, if only I didn't have to deal with 
nonstandard technology like TeamTalk.
