I think the map file is likely related to subtitles. As long as the DVD
plays, you should be able to ignore the error. Note: I could be wrong,
especially if the DVD is not playing properly. However, using the qt
version of vlc, I haven't had any trouble playing DVD's, so I'm
definitely thinking it's related to subtitles or something else that has
no impact on those of us without eyeballs.
