getting emacspeak to work with espeak on Fedora 18

Greetings!

Does anybody know how to get emacspeak to work with espeak on Fedora 
18--or, for that matter--Fedora period?  I never have.  I just installed 
emacs and emacspeak, and I already have espeak.  Apparently unlike with 
some distros, installing emacspeak does not bring up a menu for choosing 
your speech output.
