Many man pages are available in HTML form on the website of the
program's developer. There are also collections of them, e.g., see the
mother lode here. <http://linux.die.net/man/> (not always the most
recent versions).

For those that aren't available on the web:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install man2html
y
man man2html
[one line] lynx
http://dcssrv1.oit.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/man2html/doc/man2html.html

Best regards,

Paul
