Dummy screen drivers for linux.

Vinux is based on Ubuntu 12.04.

X.org has a dummy video driver that should help. I'm not sure what it's
called or how to make it work in Ubuntu/Vinux, but on my Arch system,
the package is called xf86-video-dummy. It's possible this dummy video
driver isn't being installed with the X server.
