There is a .zip to download, which contains the bits you need.
Basically, the youtube page is downloaded (e.g. by lynx), then treated by
ytcrack.exe. This generates an .htm file with all the links extracted from the
youtube page.
Avoid any link marked with AO (audio only) or VO (video only).
Personally, I prefer the link marked "tag=18" as being most suitable.
Any browser (e.g. lynx) can then be used to download the chosen version.
For Arachne, there is/was a plug-in.
For Links, I use a simple manual sequence.

You can even download a full movie - if you have the time and the disk space.
