for those who use links?

As in links the chain.
granted I am using it at shellworld, and as a part of another debian shell 
provided by dreamhost.com
Still the answer should be the same I hope.
Is there a command comparative to the p command in lynx the cat?
Allowing you to email yourself a page, or save the file?  I do not wish to 
print to the screen, but I am wanting to capture information when in links 
the chain.
the site will not work in lynx the cat.
