main-menu on demand on acbradio.org has lots of mp3 files talking about 
accessible linux installation.  Unfortunately you have to start 
downloading and listening to find out what's in those files; their names 
do not identify contents.  It's a good idea to to make and maintain a 
database of filenames along with Linux installations when you find them 
for future use.  The people that contributed to those programs actually 
do the installations with screen readers on so you can hear how the 
installation goes.
Very little you can't do in linux that can be done in windows.  Video 
and audio conversions are possible once you find the right tools and 
learn how to use them correctly.
