emacspeak on fedora20?

Is orca the only way screen reader users can have fedroa20 install itself 
on a hard drive and come up talking on the reboot after installation? 
Once some form of screen reader is working, what command needs to be run 
to start such a hard drive installation too?  I'd like to have fedora20 
use emacspeak to operate the screen reader once installed.
