reinstalling

hi.
Since gnome doesn't work at all I've decided to reinstall the hole system.
Just a questiion.
I've got windows and Linux on the same computer.
first time I installed it Went well.
But now I've got both Linux and windows on the computer allready.
What will grub say about that?
