Seems like the modules in site_perl take precedence over those in core_perl. So
I suggest you move away the offending files from under the site_perl
directories (to a temporary location) And see if it is working again.
Next time, look into solutions like http://perlbrew.pl/ and
https://metacpan.org/pod/local::lib for avoiding to pollute the global Perl
path.
