voxin on sonar mate 2015.3

[Hank Smith, and Seeing-eye dog Iona]

Hello has any one gotten voxin to work on sonar 2015.3?
it installs how ever it doesn't show up in the list of synths to choose.
I did check the speech dispatcher and the voxin is uncommented so it 
should be working.
what should I try next to get it to work?
