debian-firmware disks

I normally do a command like:
wget -bc -i surf
to get the download and of sourse the surf file has to have the right
contents in it which are:
# file: surf
http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/weekly-builds/amd64/iso-cd/firmware-testing-amd64-netinst.iso

The surf file should be no more than 2 lines in length and if your email
wraps lines you'll have to join the line with the url on it and remove
all spaces.

The comment line was not in the original surf file and is here only as a
label for following contents.
