Concerning Debian and ArchLinux

About http://devuan.kalos.mine.nu I'd suggest it needs also: 
  edbrowse, lynx, cclive, slrn, lprng 
and for my own purposes also some musical things: 
  fluidsynth, libfluidsynth-dev, ecasound, libasound-dev 
I couldn't find them on the package list. 
 
Is it possible to install generic debian packages, 
or will they all fail because there's no gnome or pulse ?
