Yes, you can get 4DOS, its manuals, lots of example batch files, old
email archives, etc. here. <http://www.4dos.info/>. Somewhere, there's
an email where Rex Conn explains that he doesn't care what version of
DOS people run it on, that the open source license was written for him
by the FreeDOS folk and that's why the open source license was limited
to FreeDOS.  There are also download links for it on the FreeDOS site.

For nostalgia's sake, I still run FreeDOS with 4DOS on a VM
occasionally, But I don't need it for production work any more, so
I've pretty much stopped writing new batch scripts for it.
