I found out why xorg won't work on archlinux

hello,

The arch wiki has info on Nvidia cards. It just depends if you want 
nvidia, nvidia -lts, nvidia340xx... etc... I'm not sure what kind of 
card you have, but the nvidia page in the arch wiki can help.
