Accessible Login With Orca

Hello,
I'm new to the list and was wondering how to solve a problem. I have
installed mate-core and mate-desktop-environment and lightdm and I'm
trying to get a accessible login screen. I did also do these commands.
dbus-launch gsettings set org.mate.interface accessibility true
dbus-launch gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications
screen-reader-enabled true
So I'm wondering what to do about speech on the login screen.
