Dvd not booting up.

Hi,

AFAIK, ISO from Microsoft has different format. You need to use Windows 7
USB/DVD Download tool to burn the ISO.
Unfortunately this means we must use PC with windows 7 or later installed
to burn it.
First download it from
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool
Then install the program and point to ISO you downloaded and choose DVD as
output media
