What does this mean?

Well, here we go again.  I am sorry to keep asking what things mean.  
However, when I hear something on my synthesizer that sounds kind of 
strange, I wonder what it is.


I just want to keep my system in order as I just got it back there this 
week and I was wondering what this combination of letters means.  I got 
it off some of the e-mails on the linux by microsoft thread.  What does 
this mean?
