Debian Stretch: how to get spoken login prompt and retrieve tty1

If you prefer to work only on the console try to setup Stretch to login in console or text mode rather that launching gdm3 then.

Unfortunately I don't know how to do that on Debian, but hopefully someone can tell you that.
