Speakup 4.10.7 kernel updated

I've recompiled my 4.10.7 Debian packages with the latest Speakup patches. 
Look for the -3 packages. As always, use at your own risk. They're offered 
as-is without warranty. To install:

sudo dpkg -i linux-image*-3.deb
